Property Amenities
All timeshare units are on a 5-year update schedule. New updates include woodlike flooring in bathrooms and a European flair with the furniture.
Typically there are 4-5 different decorating styles. the furniture and placement are the same in each unit – carpet color – furniture color and wall color may vary.
The kitchens are fully furnished and have granite countertops
All 2 bedrooms have an open floorplan with a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs with flatscreen in the living room. table with seating for 6 or 8 in the dining room.
The newly updated units have a European design – a bit IKEA looking to me, with warm bright Florida colors.
Deluxe units have the 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom
Bathroom upgrades include granite counters and ceramic wood-look flooring
These units are 1480 sq ft and the master bedroom always has a king bed with bathroom suite with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower
We are on the BoardWalk – walk to Main Street Pier ….. and the Daytona Bandshell and Amusement Center. There is a kids water gym for the younger kids
This is really a great resort to vacation !!!
