Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach. Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways… and not a private balcony — Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting — do not be disappointed !!
11th Floor Corner Studio (pictured) with King Size Bed & Large Private Balcony. This condo is everyone’s favorite.Its all about the view. 11th floor corner unit will make you feel like you are hovering above the ocean. Many recent updates include:: new carpet, new leather love seat, new mattresses, new table/chairs. This condo is updated and is one of the nicest units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home.
Oceanfront Private Balcony is 120 sq ft, you will start to feel like you have another room to enjoy. Sofa, Chair, Dining Table and Chairs affords Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony. You will have a wonderful view of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in the night sky. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. - You will need to go the front desk on your arrival to receive parking permit & the white cards that open resort common areas - pool, indoor pool, laundry room and garage.
- We will send the door code 5 days prior to arrival
- Add 3% if paying by: Paypal, Visa, MC or Discover
- Security Deposit of $200.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you less $100 processing fee.
