2012 DBRCC - Rates include cleaning & Tax
Jan 01 - Feb 15th $ 500 Weekly
Feb 15 - Mar 17th $ 1175 Weekly
Mar 17th - April 15th $ 900 Weekly
April 15th - June 2nd $ 500 Weekly
June 2nd - August 11th $ 900 Weekly
July 4th Week $ 1000 Weekly
Aug 11th - Dec 20 $ 500 Weekly
** Holiday Weeks $ 900 Weekly
Holiday Weeks will be:: Biketoberfest, Thanksgiving, Christmas

$200.00 security deposit required to book unit 50% down on booking
50% down 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation,
security deposit will be forfeited,
refund of the advanced rental will be made
only to the extent that a tenant can be found to
occupy the vacated time reserved.
If we are able to rebook the property,
we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for
each day we are able to fill, less a $100
cancellation fee.
