If you book a vacation condo from us at the regular rate - you can upgrade into another available room within 48 hours of your arrival.  How does this work? With a fully paid reservation - you can upgrade 1 (one) level room type from what you have booked.

2 = 1 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo (OW)
3= Oceanfront Corner Studio (DBR)-OR- 1 Bedroom Riverview  (OW)

5= Oceanview Studio (OW) -or- Oceanview Studio (DBR) -or- Oceanview 1 Bedroom (OJ)

If 48 hours prior to your arrival, a room in the next level is available for your dates, you may upgrade into that room. You would be responsible for any differences in cleaning costs. Room must have been booked and fully paid for at least 7 days prior to arrival date..

2.) Last Minute Offers Accepted
If you plan to arrive within the next 48 hours, please make us a last minute offer on any available rooms. Offer will be for rental only, normal cleaning and tax charges & credit card fees will be applied.

3.) We will beat any competitor's rental rates by 10%
Are you within 30 days of arrival and looking for a condo rental?
We will beat any other competitor's rental rate by 10%. Just e-mail us their quote including their rate and we will beat their rental price ! Our advertised cleaning rate and 12.5% tax will be applied.
This offer is good on condos of same type in same resort. Payment must be made within 24 hours of our rate offer to you -- credit card fees of 3% will apply.


Minimum check in age is 25 unless agreed in advance  Security Deposits still required on all above offers.
